We ensure consistent product quality across different production batches through standardized production procedures, strict quality control, and continuous inspections throughout the manufacturing process.
Raw materials are inspected upon arrival to ensure they meet approved specifications. During production, our QC team conducts regular in-process inspections to monitor key quality parameters, including dimensions, printing, binding, material specifications, and workmanship. Finished products are also subject to final inspection before shipment.
We maintain approved samples, product specifications, inspection standards, and production records for each item to ensure consistency between batches. Any quality issues identified during production are immediately investigated and corrective actions are implemented to prevent recurrence.
